DEF LEPPARD成立于1977年的冬天，是一支典型的流行重金属乐队，流畅的旋律和优美的和声是乐队的特征之一。相比较其他乐队比较安分守己，没有什么事非，亦因此与BON JON乐队一起被称为FAMILY ROCK。
然而一系列的灾难降临到乐队身上，吉他手酒精中毒病故，鼓手酗酒被开除，鼓手里克．艾伦发生交通事故，左臂被齐肩切断，但艾伦以惊人的毅力和顽强的意志重返乐队，利用脚和手的合拍性苦练特地为他定做的电子鼓，并成了乐队的灵魂人物，艾伦用这种超强毅力和音乐执著大手笔的书写了真正的摇滚精神。
听重金属乐队的音乐，一般是电子味十足。而这首long long way to go却有着优美的和声，伴着轻柔的主、辅吉他，表现力极强。主唱的嗓音也很有穿透力。

没听过他们其他的歌,不过我最喜欢的还是这种风格

记得刚开始听摇滚的时候，狂喜欢BON JOVI 和VAN HALLEN～～
我身边有两个强人，一个收集到了所有BON JOVI的CD，磁带，还有一些演唱会～～～
另一个就收集到了所有VAN HALLEN的东西，不过没上面的那位全面～～～

就是最后便宜了我啊～～～

呵呵 羡慕啊
bon jovi 大一时就为了听 it&#39;s my life 和 everyday这两首歌买了一张精选集,当然是盗版的了.没办法,呵呵,没钱而且也买不到正版的.
至于专辑其他歌呢,呵呵,当时不是很喜欢,现在又找不到那张磁带了

伦敦演唱会我刻了张碟，不过因为容量的问题少刻了一首～～～
