湖大法学毕业生，匠人，或废物？

其实楼主这种群嘲帖的确没有什么营养。
第一个，楼主几乎完全否定了在国内进行学术研究的价值。于是热衷于学术思考和有兴趣深造的同学便被楼主一个“匠人”就给否定了。
第二个，楼主在爱晚的回帖其实试图把自己提升到一个“反思”的地位上，但是原本数量和程度都比较少的“反思”内容都淹没在楼主反复提到的两个问题上：地位，和钱。
第三个， 湖大之后，我有幸能有在两外两家世界级的大学求学的经历，它们对于我的影响远远超过湖大，甚至可以说是“脱胎换骨”， 所以我更愿意视自己为它们的毕业生。
从这番话可以看到楼主可以说是较早的毕业生了。由于楼主的语病使我无法得知楼主究竟是出国深造去了，还是去香港深造去了。国内貌似还没有大学可以堪称世界级的。楼主很为自己的这种经历和收获骄傲。ok，这很好。出门左转，恕不远送。能去国外深造的都是人才。但深造出去的未必都是成功者。楼主现在的境遇也许让楼主觉得有资格来鄙视下湖大了，但是每年大量的国内结束学业出国深造后依然碌碌无为的人是不是要连国外的大学也鄙视一下？
说实话，就在这个帖子里表现出来的“情商”，我不觉得楼主在他引为自豪的两所大学里获得了多么大的提高。当然，您站在了一个很好的平台上，而去这个平台是需要实力的（也许是财力）。不同国家不同省份不同地域，就业压力和就业机会完全不同，而高待遇的高地位的机会永远是极少数。在国内，即便北清人师，毕业生的主力，也是在社会上辛苦奔波。
最后，关于学生的待遇，您显然不知道最高和人均的区别。任何学校都有人才，也许某些学校每年都好几个，某些学校每年一两个每几年一个。但是这些人可以代表大家奋斗的方向——在大学学习靠个人能力——但是不能代表这个学校的全部。
楼主还请放心，比您更成功的人我们都接触过，所以大可不比担心大家仇你的富。您是顶尖投资咨询公司的亚洲负责人也好，一个普通小公务员也好，有很大分别么？呵呵。

其实楼主所有的话说了这么多，抛开收入啊地位不谈，您有幸求学的那两所学校才是“亮点”。
无非是一个专升本了的跑回去喷专科罢了。

看了下楼主在爱晚红枫和望麓自卑的发帖，除了基本上能提到时就要提到的：自己很强（拿全奖、工资高、在欧洲），就是认为湖大很差很自卑（在履历尽量不提、不认为是湖大学生、拿了全奖但是和湖大没关系、湖大很差所以出了垃圾的辅导员）之类。
所以你不招人待见不是因为您自以为良好的“说了实话”。比这更尖刻的大家都见过。
如果您还没明白，是您无时无刻不显露在外面炫耀的“优越感”以及由此而生的自以为客观的“否认”，才让大家觉得恶心的话，估计其实您求学的那两所学校的学生人格教育也挺差的。
最后还是要重申一下免得您以为我们在仇富：比您收入更高的、比您待遇更好的、比您地位更高的、比您更有出息的，在湖大也好在其他学校也好，我们都没少见识。像您这样自我感觉良好的，说真的，我还是第一次看到。

基于“如果您还没明白，是您无时无刻不显露在外面炫耀的“优越感”以及由此而生的自以为客观的“否认”（尽管你试图否认这点）的共识，本人将不再就这个问题进行讨论。
你对国内教育体制的反思不过老生常谈，这是常识问题，请不要以为众人皆醉你独醒。如果你提出善意的建设性建议，大家都是很乐意接受的。而你做的，不过是拿这个体制的受害者开刀，落井下石，指斥其为匠人、废物。你本人也曾是国内教育体制的受害者，而你把这一腔愤恨全发泄在湖大法学院身上。法学院出了你这样的“人才”，不知道是不是法学院的悲哀。（庆幸你不是我们学校的）学校只是给个人提供了成长和发展的环境和条件。学生的前途，关键还在于学生个人的努力拼搏。很遗憾，你至今还在为自己大学四年的失败找客观因素，你后来所做的，只不过是在弥补以及在此基础上进行自我提升。
想必楼主年纪也不小了，见识若此，我深表遗憾。从你的言辞，我得不到任何对于我们有价值的值得学习的东西。
不知道，这是你的失败，还是我们的失败。

Hey, as mentioned in the first post, I am here for kicks. Thank those geniuses, cynics or retards for sharing opinions. Chill out, I will never get mad with the idiocy that abounds this board. Quite the contrary, I had a good time, truly.

You people put too much weight on the issues of my salary and status, although they are real. It also signed that you guys indeed care so much for these factors, because they really made you feel uncomfortable and be officially sick of what I behaved and what I said. Calm down, buddy. Don't have a cow. Do they really matter? Or just because you are so lame and don’t have the skills to earn these, but I do?

You are right about my feeling of self-superiority. Yup, I am somewhat cocky, but not ignorantly arrogant. Sorry for being so successful but it is bloody true.

And you are wrong about my moral quality. Plus it's incredible to me that you are obviously chicks to set up a false dichotomy between self-superiority and moral quality. You are too naive to believe that the humble man should not have the feeling of self-superiority. In your eyes, the more people achieve the humbler they become. Well well well...that might be the old-fashioned truth, but keeping a low key is not the story in the outside world. For those real successful giants, the more they achieve the more pretentious or supercilious they become. That is the social identification of them, which means the society forces them to do so. The only sophism is that some act obviously, the other are subliminal SOBs, who is definitely the idols of you chicken. Phew...you are, again, naive. You get the false impression that they become humbler because the subliminal SOBs are good at pretending. Need I say more to piss you off, bookworms of Confucius? That sucks.

Ridiculously, I can help having the feeling that you people have accepted or even be satisfied with the environment and treatment you are suffering. Good for you! Keep going! Celebrate it!

The main reason for my post is not to give your guys a lesson. So please stop the unearned thought that you can get any so called "nourishment" from the inimical controversy. As an ex-educated failure, I own you nothing. And you should be brainwashed by the world outside the campus at the price of your tear, pain, and disgrace and even blood. Surely you will know what I mean soon.

BTW，my respectable universities for Master and PHD degrees should be the last thing in the world you are entitled to comment upon. Although both universities actually begged me to apply by throwing those fee waivers or scholarships at me, I still appreciate the 3 years I spent there to catch up with the time I lost in HNU.

The game is calling it quits. I will not be here often in the future. Although I tried to let you people know what a stuffy coffin you are in and then be the one who makes the first move，it seems that the spirit of middlebrow has incurably served you well. So it is pathetic that the new generation insisted the banal weltanschauung is blind to the inveteracy of their university. Now I have no doubt that you guys will never have the possibility to be the exception to the rule. You’re going nowhere. I am easy, not all cubs become lions. Some will always succumb to the elements.

Nothing will stop me from achieving successes in my 20s, the same as nothing can save you people from the stylized conformism. Practicing law is the luxury of the introspective elites, but not for the stick-in-the-mud who has a very narrow view, Be all and end all.
