第一次听Alison Krauss唱的这首When You Say Nothing At All时，惊为天簌。声线清澈，毫无杂质，简直让人听出耳油。
    上网查了一下资料，才知道原来是拿过11项格莱美奖和N多乡村音乐奖项的女歌手，蓝草乡村音乐的领军人物。这回真是有耳不识泰山罗。
     其实，这一经典之作是Keith Whitely于1988年首唱的。大叔从容不迫的传统乡村音乐风格，怀旧味道甚浓，仿如将年少时的初恋时光娓娓道来。不过我等后生估计还要再经历多十几廿年人生风雨才能体味这种境界了。
　　好歌自然多人翻唱，这首歌还有一个版本。
    还记得《诺丁山》这部经典的爱情喜剧电影吗？就是大嘴姐姐演的那部，里面就用了这首歌作为插曲。电影的英文原名是Notting Hill，内地用了忠于原著的直译。香港的译名叫《摘星奇缘》，知道抓住一众八婆八公的好奇心理，看见电影名都想睇下怎么个摘法怎么个奇法。台湾的译法就怪异得多了，叫《新娘百分百》。不知道这和电影内容有什么关系？

　　不要以为诺丁山是一座山，其实只是英国伦敦西面的一个街区名字。这一区现在已经发展成为伦敦一个时尚的文化艺术中心了。想来真是没起错名的，名字本身听起来就浪漫得很。　　

    看过这部电影几次，居然没留意到有这首歌。由Boyzone主唱Ronan Keating演绎的。略带沙哑的磁性男声，伴着轻快的节奏，吉他声，钢琴声，最紧要的是还加入了一段我最喜爱的风笛演奏，把爱情的浪漫感觉诠释得淋漓尽致。
