亚太地区T恤设计比赛即将开赛

杰克斯塔艺术家大赛宣布将举行首届T恤设计比赛。 我们征集任何对设计、图形设计或时尚有兴趣的选手的作品，并有机会赢取2000美金的奖金。此次比赛对主题没有严格限制，但提交的作品必须包含数字'1'的符号表示。作品可以是个单词、数字或一种理念/图像。 比赛主题源于我们第一次主办此类比赛，所以获胜的T恤设计将此形象化。

比赛面向以下国家或地区的居民：澳大利亚、中国大陆， 香港、日本、马来西亚，新西兰、韩国、新加坡、台湾和泰国。

参赛条款和条件
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.  

3. The entry period commences at 00.01 AEST on 1 July 2005 and close at 23.59 AEST on 31 August 2005. The promoter reserves the right to extend the deadline at its discretion.

4. To enter visit www.jaxter.net,  and register for the competition as set out on the internet site.  When registering you must insert your payment reference number for proof of payment. Once registered, submit the entry  by email to info@jaxter.net with the design attached (based on the design template provided) in the specified formats (.ai, .psd, .jpg, .gif) prior to the closing date.

5. All entries must be submitted by a person who have made the design. A limit of one entry per person applies.  However, each design must be sent in a separate email.www.dolcn.com

6. An entry fee of USD$10 per design. Payments must be made by using Paymate or Paypal. Confirmation of payment must be provided by including your payment reference number on the entry form.

7. The prize consists of USD$2,000 for the overall winner. There is a USD$500 prize for the person who refers the winner provided that a valid email address is provided.  All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole  responsibility of the winner(s).

8. A panel of judges selected by the Promoter will judge the entries on their merits.  The winner will be notified in writing and their name will be posted on the Promoter抯 website.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of identity and residential address of the winner(s).  Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.

10. The overall winner may be required to participate in publicity and promotional activity concerning the competition in the form of providing comments for press releases and interviews for the Promoter.  The overall winner consents to participating in such activities and agrees to provide a photograph of themselves to the Promoter upon request for such related purposes.  The overall winner also agrees that their name and photograph may be used by the Promoter in connection with the promotion, advertising and marketing of the competition, including publication on the Promoter's website (www.jaxter.net).

11. Copyright in an entry remains with the entrant.  Entrants grant the Promoter a non?exclusive royalty?free licence to reproduce their entry for the purpose of marketing and promoting the competition, including but not limited to on the Jaxter website (www.jaxter.com.au and www.jaxter.net)

12. All entrants represent and warrant to the Promoter that their work is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.  Entrants must not have any existing contractual arrangements which would preclude their submission of an entry in this competition

13. Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the competition or the prize.

14. The prize is not transferable.  The decision of the judges is final and binding.  No correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries nor failure to receive an entry including as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind or any traffic congestion on the internet or any website.  Entrants release the Promoter from any damage to property (including computer systems and servers) which is a result of the participation of the entrant in the competition.

15. Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to entrants.  Entrants are encouraged to keep copies of all information submitted to the Promoter and to print their entry before submitting it.  Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for publicity purposes surrounding this competition.  By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described.  Entrants may access and/or change their data by sending an email to info@jaxter.net.

16. The Promoter is Jaxter Artist Awards (ABN 56 189 171 813), PO Box 277, Woollahra, NSW 1350 Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
